Henson Plant’s latest venture is a 10ton mobile jaw crusher. This versatile machine is small enough to fit onto most sites but large enough to crush up to 50 ton/hr.
On site crushing is becoming an increasingly popular alternative to disposing of rubble either in tippers or skips. With skips costing up to £150+VAT each and aggregate being purchased at £12/ton it is easy to see why.
Unlike most crushers with such a large output this machine can easily loaded with a 5 ton mini excavator.
We offer a comprehensive compaction range 80 to 120 twin drum vibrating rollers.
The Vibratory Grizzly Feeder removes muck before materials are fed to the crusher. This improves the crusher’s efficiency and increases its processing capability.
A magnetic separator is installed on the crusher which guarantees efficient processing of reinforced concrete debris.
A sprinkler nozzle is provided on top of the crusher. With its connection to a feed waterworks, the sprinkler will prevent dust.
The tracked crusher is easily transported to and from site and can be easily moved around once delivered.
